    Light, fast, and quiet. The M5 Air handles everything I throw at it — local dev, browser tabs, and the occasional agent run — without ever feeling like I need a bigger machine.

    A sharp 5K panel that pairs well with macOS. Plenty of screen estate for code on one side and docs on the other.

  • Elliot standing desk

    A sit-stand desk that gets used in both modes — standing for calls and focused work, sitting when I'm in for a longer session.

  • Vitra Physix Office Chair, Soft Grey

    Comfortable enough for long days without encouraging bad posture. The soft grey base fits the rest of the setup without shouting.

  • Ghostty

    My terminal of choice — fast, native, and pleasant to look at. Paired with zsh for day-to-day shell work.

  • Cursor

    My primary editor and where most AI-assisted engineering happens — daily coding, multi-file refactors, and agentic workflows in the repo.

AI

  • Claude

    My go-to for reasoning, writing, and working through complex problems outside the editor.

Coffee Station

  • La Marzocco Linea Micra, Brushed Steel

    A prosumer espresso machine with the same PID stability and dual boiler setup as La Marzocco's commercial line, scaled down for the counter. The brushed steel finish keeps it understated.

  • La Marzocco Pico, Black

    A single-dose grinder built to match the Micra. Consistent grind size without the fuss, in a black finish that pairs with the machine.

  • Acaia Lunar, Black

    A precision espresso scale that lives under the portafilter. Auto-timing and gram-level accuracy take the guesswork out of dialing in a shot.

  • Beans from The Barn

    Berlin-based roaster and my default for beans — consistently excellent, whatever's in season.
