I’m Andrew Rogerson, a product engineer and technical leader based in Berlin.

I build products from ambiguous beginnings through discovery, architecture, implementation, launch and iteration. Across fintech, mobility and HR tech, I’ve led product delivery, designed scalable and secure systems, established engineering standards, and helped teams improve how they work.

I’m most effective as a technical partner to product and design: challenging assumptions early, simplifying scope, making trade-offs visible, and ensuring technical decisions support both the user experience and long-term maintainability.

My current focus is applying that foundation to AI-enabled products, including RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation, observability and human-in-the-loop systems.

Outside work, I’m a dad, cyclist, marathon runner and mountain trail runner—a lifelong learner happiest when I’m building, exploring or helping others do the same.
